This is a challenging role in the Production Services Operations Team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and incident management to ensure the best experience for customers.
This position requires a strong background in applications/software management and monitoring, with at least 2 years of experience working in a 24x7 multi-shift environment.
Key skills include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and on a team, and strong time management skills.
The selected candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Required technical skills include thorough knowledge of Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite, as well as familiarity with ServiceNow and Atlassian Suite.
