Overview:Organizes, manages, and controls Project Readinessactivities relating to large retrofits and new line introductions. Leads theProject Readiness cross -functional team and manages the development, roll -out,and implementation of all aspects of Project Readiness for large retrofits/newline introductions. Responsible for facilitating and developing crossfunctional Project Readiness plans, timelines, and resource requirements toensure successful project delivery including FPO's
RequirementsResponsibilities:Manage Project Readiness deliverables through the crossfunctional teams for medium to large scale projects involving either new orexisting equipmentManage an effective communication chain between ProjectReadiness team and main Project Leader/SponsorAssist in determining the budget to support requirementsPropose options to Management/Customer/StakeholdersBe able to identify and escalate any risks or roadblocks,including having mitigations in place to ensure delivery of all ProjectReadiness milestonesUtilize necessary project tools to manage projectssuccessfully, e.g., Microsoft Project, FPX etc.Apply strong Technical Writing skills to produce clear,detailed documentation, procedures, and reports, which may include standalonetechnical writing tasks as needed to support Project activities and compliance.Adheres to all policies and procedures, including but notlimited to Safety/Quality/Environmental standards
