Store Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our ReStore, overseeing sales, inventory management, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational: Ensure all activities comply with our policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.
* Manage stock levels and optimize inventory control.
* Utilize data analysis to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
* Maintain high standards for quality, customer service, security, and health and safety.
Staff and Volunteer Management
* Recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers to ensure a high level of customer service and donor relations.
* Develop and implement effective volunteer management strategies.
Public Relations, Marketing, and Advertising
* Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase donations and sales.
* Establish relationships with donors, businesses, community groups, and church organizations to secure quality merchandise donations.
Finance and Administration
* Implement and monitor systems for daily transactions, deposits, donations, and pickups.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and employee/volunteer activity reports.
* Approve and submit payable invoices in a timely manner.
