Customer Service & Mortgage Advisor Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the EBS Wicklow branch.
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone with experience in retail banking or the mortgage industry who enjoys building strong relationships and supporting customers through important financial decisions.
* Teller duties involve managing cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mortgage lending support includes advising customers on loan options, processing applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Customer service involves responding to queries, resolving issues and providing information about products and services.
* You will be based in the Wicklow branch five days per week working closely with the wider team to support customers needs including day-to-day banking inquiries as well as more complex lending requests.
About The Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills which enable them build rapport effectively over the phone phone during face-to-face interactions. They should also possess technical knowledge of retail banking operations such as opening new accounts transferring funds conducting transactions etc.
The ideal applicant must be available full-time work an average 5 day week Monday-Friday perform administrative tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities simultaneously remain calm under pressure exercising sound judgment when handling difficult situations maintaining confidentiality at all times.
