We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Reservations Manager to join the team at Holiday Inn Express Dublin.
This is a key role within the hotel, responsible for managing all reservation activities, maximising revenue, and delivering an excellent guest experience from first contact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day reservations function, including individual, corporate, and group bookings
* Maximise room revenue through effective inventory and rate management
* Ensure accurate reservation input and forecasting
* Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimise occupancy
* Handle reservation enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Monitor booking channels and distribution systems
* Prepare regular reports on reservations performance
* Lead, train, and support reservations staff
* Ensure brand standards and procedures are consistently met
About You
* Previous experience in a Reservations Manager or senior reservations role (hotel experience essential)
* Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and booking systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue optimisation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a management team
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
