Purchasing Administrator
Excel Recruitment is seeking a purchasing administrator for a 3 month contracts with our client based in South Dublin. This is a full time temporary position and would suit an administrator who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and available immediately.
Responsibilities
1. Entering orders on computerised system
2. Ordering stock from suppliers
3. Issuing purchase orders
4. Following up on delivery dates from suppliers
5. Liaising with sales team on order delivery to clients
6. Dealing with queries for both internal and external stakeholders
7. Sending order acknowledgements to clients
8. Processing sales invoices on computerised system
Requirements
9. Previous experience in purchasing administration essential
10. Must be proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel
11. Experience on Microsoft Great Plains would be desirable
12. You must be extremely focused with great attention to detail
