We're looking for an Operations Management Internto join our team and help us scale the operational core of Tripjoin— a global platform connecting travelers and creators through unique group experiences.
You'll work closely with the founders to ensure every trip runs smoothly, processes are efficient, and the company's growth is supported by strong operational systems.
Responsibilities Support the coordination and logistics of ongoing and upcoming group trips.
Communicate with local partners, suppliers, and creators to guarantee seamless execution.
Help optimize workflows and internal processes for better scalability.
Monitor KPIs and assist in building reports on trip performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align operations with overall business goals.
Assist in problem-solving and crisis management during live trips when needed.
Requirements Studying or recently graduated in Business, Tourism, or Operations Management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
Passion for travel, teamwork, and delivering great experiences.
Fluency in Spanish and English ; other languages are a plus.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
