Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate site records, drawings, and documentation Interpret and communicate plans, drawings, and specifications to the site team Manage, monitor, and coordinate site works in accordance with contract documents Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, architects, planners, and the wider project team Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and direct labour on a day-to-day basis Plan site logistics and material deliveries to meet project timelines Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies Conduct regular safety checks and maintain high standards of site safety Manage quality assurance processes, including BCAR compliance Resolve technical issues and site challenges in a timely and efficient manner Drive the project forward in line with agreed milestones while ensuring quality and performance Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor or developer Proven track record on building or structural projects Proficient in setting out using AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and surveying tools Strong knowledge of current building regulations, certification standards, and HSEQ procedures Experience with BCAR coordination and quality management Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline What We Offer Competitive salary Support for continuous professional development, including further education Annual performance reviews to support your career goals Access to lifestyle benefits such as the Bike to Work Scheme Regular company social events that foster a collaborative and engaging work culture INDWHC Skills: Setting Out Health & Safety GPS Equipment
