Job Description
As a pivotal member of our commercial sales team, you will be primarily responsible for driving new business development in your region and managing the growth of our existing client base. Your key objectives will include supporting the launch of new products and services to market, as well as delivering targeted growth plans across diverse industry sectors.
Your role will also entail taking ownership of pricing enquiries and commercial tendering proposals for clients, researching and identifying new business opportunities, and understanding competitor offerings. Additionally, you will prepare sales KPI reports and support the Sales Director in their strategic sales duties.
To excel in this position, you will require a 3rd level degree qualification, ideally, along with 2-3+ years of relevant field sales or inside sales experience. Experience or qualifications in the construction, building services, or related sectors would be highly advantageous. You will also need to have proven experience in managing quotation and tendering proposals, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with and present to customers at all levels.
