Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Banking Officer based in Dublin, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Banking Officer will manage client relationships within the financial sector, provide financial solutions, and assist clients with treasury management, cash flow strategies, and small business lending. The role involves analyzing client needs, developing tailored financial proposals, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
* Experience in Treasury Management and Cash Management to ensure efficient handling of client funds and optimizing financial processes.
* Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, supporting the ability to provide informed recommendations and solutions for clients.
* Proficiency in Small Business Lending, assisting clients with funding strategies and addressing their financial needs effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Effective communication abilities for relationship building with clients and internal teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Prior experience in banking, financial consulting, or related roles is a plus.
