As part of their major growth plans for the second half of 2025, Reperio has partnered with a company who are on the lookout for a talented BI Developer to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower teams to make data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and build dashboards, reports, and data models that bring clarity and insight.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years' experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role
2. Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
3. Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
4. Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
6. Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
7. Knowledge of Python, R, or other data scripting languages
