* Own delivery of smaller, lower-complexity projects
end-to-end
* Act as the day-to-day project coordinator
on some larger projects/ programs led by a
Senior PM / Delivery Manager
You will coordinate internal teams, track progress, remove friction through follow-ups, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility on
actions, risks, timelines, and next steps
. You will be set up to succeed through structured support, templates, and coaching – while being expected to bring strong organisation, communication, and a "get it done" mindset.
This role is designed for someone with
1–3 years' experience
who wants to build a strong project management foundation through structured exposure to delivery, governance, and stakeholder coordination, with coaching from experienced PMs.
What you will be responsible for
1) Delivery ownership (for smaller projects)
* Build and maintain project documents for assigned projects
* Keep stakeholders aligned on Project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, budgets, etc. including both internal and external stakeholders
* Run project cadence: kick-off, weekly check-ins, action tracking, and delivery closure
* Identify risks early, propose mitigation actions, and escalate appropriately
* Coordinate internal resourcing needs (availability, allocations, upcoming demand) and escalate constraints to the Senior PM/Delivery Manager
2) Project coordination (for larger projects)
* Support Senior PMs/Delivery Managers by owning execution hygiene: Action logs, RAID, Decision tracking, and follow-ups
* Coordinate with internal resources across teams
* Keep workstreams aligned and ensure commitments are understood and met
* Maintain clear status reporting (progress, blockers, dependencies, decisions required, burndown, etc.) using agreed templates/ tools
3) Stakeholder communication and reporting
* Create concise updates for internal stakeholders (and sometimes client-facing): Status, Progress, Risks, Decisions needed, upcoming milestones, Invoicing, etc.
* Ensure meetings are effective with clear Meeting notes being disseminated: Agenda, Action Items, Owners, Next Steps, etc.
* Communicate confidently and professionally, even when chasing updates or raising risks
4) Good governance and continuous improvement
* Use and maintain project templates, trackers, and reporting formats consistently
* Suggest improvements to make delivery smoother (better tracking, cadence, ways of working)
Level of ownership
* You will own coordination and delivery hygiene (actions, RAID, reporting, meeting cadence).
* You will lead smaller projects with oversight.
* A Senior PM/Delivery Manager will own overall programme direction, commercial decisions, and senior client escalation
What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
* You are confidently running the delivery "engine" for your assigned projects/workstreams – with regular guidance and checkpoints from a Senior PM/Delivery Manager
* Stakeholders trust your updates because they're accurate, timely, and clear
* Risks are surfaced early with options and a recommended path forward
