Responsibilities
1. Analyzing transactions and portfolio holdings to ensurepliance with regulatory, client, and internal guidelines, and calculating various risk parameters
2. Researching and addressing inquiries related to investment guidelines from the Trade Floor and other internal/external parties
3. Confirming that all trades arepliant by the end of each business day
4. Preparing various reports on a daily basis for relevant internal groups
5. Participating in ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing and automating the Tradepliance process
Requirements
6. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics) preferred
7. CFA designation or active status in the CFA program is a plus with
8. Priorpliance Monitoring experience in the investment management industry
9. Basic knowledge of the global equity and fixed ie markets, including an understanding of financial products such as bonds, equities, and derivatives
10. Intermediate/advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and Bloomberg
11. Exposure to querying, particularly with SQL and Business Objects
12. Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes, concepts, and skills
13. Strongmitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring that work isplete, accurate, and delivered on time
14. Excellentmunication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization
15. Ability to multitask, work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, and handle multiplepeting priorities and projects with high-quality output
16. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
17. Desire to take initiative and contribute to the department and the organization
