This is a senior strategic role suited to a professional with deep experience in housing developments, strong commercial awareness, and proven ability to manage multiple live sites to a high standard.The RoleAs Senior Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple residential projects-from planning and mobilisation through to handover. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, ensure all work meets regulatory and quality standards, and uphold project timelines and budgets.This role requires excellent leadership, technical knowledge of residential construction, and the ability to drive projects forward efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple residential developments simultaneouslyLead and manage Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractorsEnsure full compliance with health & safety and building regulationsReview and monitor project programmes, budgets, and schedulesLiaise with clients, design teams, and local authoritiesEnsure high-quality standards across all phases of constructionConduct regular site inspections and progress reviewsManage all contract documentation, variations, and commercial elementsIdentify and resolve any issues affecting programme or budgetDeliver projects on time, within cost, and to the required qualityRequirementsMinimum 8+ years' experience in construction, with strong residential backgroundPrevious experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project ManagerExcellent understanding of residential site operations from groundwork to handoverStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate multiple developments at onceFull, clean driving licenceWhat's on Offer?Salary: €90,000 - €100,000+ depending on experiencePermanent senior-level positionLead high-profile housing schemes across DublinCareer progression within a well-established residential developer
