Trainee Project Operations Leader (Graduate Development Program)
This is a full time, permanent role based in Convergint.

Convergint is inviting applications for the current opening on the Graduate Development Program. We need an enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking people with a technical and organised mindset to join our amazing culture and development program. You will be provided with the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed as an operations professional. Through a twelve month training program, candidates are offered the opportunity to network, learn, and fine tune their Convergint knowledge before heading out into the marketplace as qualified professional leaders. In this role, you will work with a team of exceptional colleagues to execute projects to completion, on time and on budget, while delivering world-class service to our customers. As an operations specialist you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
· Move towards Managing/Leading multiple sites and engineering projects to support the growth of the Convergint Commercial and retail business in Ireland and EMEA region.
· Learn to co-ordinate and support internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of all projects in Convergint.
· Develop an understanding of how our projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, while measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
·Work to develop project scopes and business objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Ensure resource availability and allocation with the ability to flex between priorities at short notice.
· Be involved in developing a detailed operational plan to track progress, provide business updates and create and maintain comprehensive support documentation.
· Communicate confidently across all levels of the organisation with the ability to report and escalate as needed, to ensure timelines are achieved.
· Manage relationships respectfully and assertively to achieve agreed projected goals and objectives.
· Learn to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
· Demonstrate an excellent ability to present to project teams across the organisation and work confidently under own initiative.
What You’ll Need
· A burning desire to grow and gain qualification in this area.
· Industry experience or a related academic qualification would be very beneficial, however if not, a passion to understand multiple project execution is essential.
· Full clean driving license is essential, as there will be travel across Ireland and possibly EMEA in this role
