We are partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation in Ireland who are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of their end-to-end payroll function.
This role combines technical payroll expertise with hands-on problem solving, reporting, and collaboration across Finance and HR. The ideal candidate will enjoy a busy, fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a growing business with evolving payroll operations.
* Manage and oversee the end-to-end Irish payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, pensions, union agreements, Revenue requirements, and internal company policies.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and liaise with Finance on journals, audits, and reporting.
The successful candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience in payroll, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
* Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, pensions, tax, and union agreements.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
