Role Overview
This role involves working closely with the wider Accommodation and Front Office teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cleanliness Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas assigned by reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
2. Amenity Provision: Ensure rooms are fully stocked with essential items, linen, and supplies
3. Maintenance Reporting: Report any equipment malfunctions or missing items immediately
