Office Manager Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities and vendor coordination.
Support the transition to a newInnovation Hub in Leixlipin January.
Maintain accurate office and HR-related records and documentation.
Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and employee queries.
Prepare reports and update HR databases.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Organise meetings, events and training sessions.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Skills & Experience Strong proficiency inMS Office, especiallyExcel.
Experience working withWorkday HRIS.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Previous experience in office management and HR support.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable HR qualification or experience in HR administration.
Experience supporting office relocations or similar projects.
