Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly payroll for one division and monthly payroll for another.
* Upload pension payments and manage payroll-related benefits.
* Maintain accurate employee payroll files.
* Track company vehicles and BIK for drivers.
* Liaise with an external payroll provider and ensure compliance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing payroll and strong attention to detail. They can work independently and have familiarity with Iris HR or similar systems. An IPASS qualification or equivalent experience is preferred. The ability to liaise confidently with external providers and internal HR/Finance teams is essential. A proactive, organised approach to problem-solving and process improvement is required.
