Erris Coast Hotel is seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our presence and connect with new and existing guests.
This is a part-time role ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, marketing, and building relationships.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promoting the hotel's accommodation, dining, weddings, spa, and adventure offerings, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media content and manage online platforms
Assist with developing and delivering marketing campaigns
Support sales efforts for weddings, events, and group bookings
Build and maintain relationships with local partners and businesses
Contribute creative ideas to grow brand awareness and bookings
Assist with reporting and monitoring campaign performance
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with good digital marketing skills (social media, Canva, etc.)
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Familiarity with the local area and community is a plus
