Job Role Overview
The MEP Supervisor role involves overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment on site. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage subcontractors.
* Fully qualified MEP Supervisor required to oversee installation of MEP equipment on site.
* Proven track record of managing subcontractors and providing support to project management teams.
* Able to liaise with clients and ensure that client standards are met and followed.
* Responsible for leading floor walks, reporting quality issues and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
* Strong understanding of construction technology and materials.
* Ability to provide schedule and progress appraisal reports to project managers.
* Ensures that tests and inspections are performed and documented in accordance with approved procedures.
