ICT Services is currently looking for a Audio-Visual Engineer to work for one of our customers in Limerick.The EnvironmentYou’ll be supporting huddle rooms, MTR rooms, training rooms, and large event spaces equipped with technologies including Extron, Logitech Rally Plus, Poly G7500, ClickShare, Surface Hub, DSP audio systems, and digital signage.What You’ll Be DoingDay-to-day AV and video conferencing support for end usersRoutine preventive maintenance and Tier 1 troubleshootingEvent and meeting setup and operational supportIMAC and legacy system supportService ticket management and SLA adherenceWhat You’ll NeedHands-on experience in a corporate AV support environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing hardwareKnowledge of DSP audio, control systems, and meeting room technologiesStrong customer-facing communication skillsExperience with IT/AV ticketing systemsDesirableExtron, AVIXA CTS, or similar AV certificationsPharma or corporate campus experienceMicrosoft 365 familiarity
