Easily accessible, it is located just 5 kilometers from the M1/M50 motorways and is well-connected through regular DART rail and bus services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at the Grand Hotel, located in Malahide. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing guest relations, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring health and safety compliance, and assisting in event and banquet coordination. The role requires proactive problem-solving, team leadership, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.QualificationsProven leadership and team management skills to oversee hotel staff and operationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to handle guest relations and resolve issuesOrganizational and multitasking skills for managing diverse responsibilities and ensuring smooth operationsKnowledge of health and safety regulations with an understanding of hotel operations and servicesPrevious experience in a hospitality or hotel management role is highly advantageousFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as requiredA qualification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
