With Divisions in plant hire, civils, rail, and demolition & construction, they are looking to add a Construction Foreman / Forewoman to their team, for their next period of company growth.
Full job description
Foreman duties:
1. Plan, implement and manage construction tasks.
2. Managing employee and projects schedules
3. Manage and monitor members attendance and work.
4. Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
5. Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
6. Monitor expenditure and keep budget in check.
7. Resolve any emerging issues.
8. Supervise, train, and give feedback to workers.
9. Prepare and present progress.
Foreman requirements:
10. 5+ years of experience as construction management
11. Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
12. Good time management and ability to multi-task, and reach key building milestones
13. Trade qualified and M&E experience is a must.
14. Experience working on industrial projects.
15. Ability to manage stakeholders, including client & contractors
