Payroll Administrator (Temporary) NGO | Dublin 7 Location: Dublin 7 Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Duration: 3-month contract Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days from home (5 days onsite for initial 23 weeks) Start: Immediate Were seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a small, collaborative finance team within a well-established NGO in Dublin 7.
This is a 3-month contract offering a hybrid model, with full-time office attendance required during the initial training period.
Your Role: Working closely with the Finance Director and Accounts Officer, youll manage weekly payroll while supporting general finance and office administration.
Key Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll and PRSA for up to 170 staff Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and credit control Administer bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier payments Support onboarding and induction of new staff Handle general admin (ordering supplies, ad hoc tasks) Help improve internal systems and processes What Were Looking For: 912 months experience in payroll and/or accounts administration High attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience with IPASS (an advantage, not essential) A flexible, team-oriented mindset This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven organisation.
