The F&B Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating long-term and short-term goals, directing and managing all food and beverage activities, and maximizing revenue, profitability, and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating a general business plan and strategies to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximization, and profitability.
">
* Conduct weekly inspections of the food and beverage regions to ensure the property is kept in the best condition and recommend preventive maintenance as needed.
">
* Assist in planning and coordinating in-house activities and package plans with the Head Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
">
* Select and develop strategies to improve guest service, food production techniques, and efficiency.
">
* Assist in the preparation of the food and beverage business plan.
">
* Monitor and ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services and products within corporate standards.
">
* Screen, interview, and select potential Supervisors and team members for the department.
">
* Establish and maintain effective internal communications, including daily/monthly meetings with Supervisors and team members, to ensure optimum team work and productivity.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* 1-2 Years Experience within Food & Beverage Sector.
">
* 1-2 years Hotel Management Experience.
">
* Fully Flexible as the role is 5 over 7 day a week.
