We are seeking a seasoned Senior Venue Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant city-centre venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving food and beverage experiences that exceed guest expectations.
About the Role:
The Senior Venue Operations Manager will:
* Lead a talented team, including a Head Chef and Assistant Manager, to deliver exceptional service and high-quality culinary offerings
* Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
* Manage inventory, stock control, and cash handling processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align culinary offerings with events and festivals throughout the year
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced hospitality setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and build a positive work culture
* Proven ability to manage budgets, stock control, and multiple revenue streams
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to quality and innovation
