Factory Operatives required immediately to work with our client in the Dungiven area. This role is full time, working Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 14:00. Initially, the position is temporary ongoing, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. The hourly rate is £12.21. The successful candidate will carry out duties such as Operate tools and machinery to assemble, finish, and prepare timber, aluminium, PVCu, and alu-clad products according to specifications. Inspect products throughout production to ensure they meet company standards. Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and keep the work area clean and safe. Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently; report any issues. Prepare finished goods for delivery by securely packing and labelling products. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain workflow.
