A key role has become available for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations in South Dublin.
About the Role:
* We are seeking an experienced professional to prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations of valuations and costs.
This involves providing crucial information to enable accurate and regular review of cash flow and position on contracts.
* In conjunction with the Procurement Manager, placing sub-contracts under their control where required.
