Responsibilities
* Monitor emerging software‑related regulations through industry workgroups, associations, and regulatory outlets.
* Provide regular updates and strategic guidance during internal regulatory tracking calls.
* Coordinate with business units and digital teams to communicate upcoming compliance requirements.
* Serve as subject matter expert on software‑based product certifications, offering technical guidance and support.
* Liaise with industry groups, regulatory agencies, and legal counsel to resolve certification‑related queries.
* Lead or support project management for the rollout and verification of new software compliance requirements.
* Facilitate readiness tracking calls across business units and digital teams.
* Review and approve product readiness for certifications such as UK PSTI, France/Italy parental controls, EU RED Cyber, and EU AI Act.
* Respond to customer inquiries and bid requests concerning software‑based regulations.
* Address queries from governmental surveillance authorities regarding software certifications.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Software/Engineering or Regulatory Compliance‑related field or commensurate experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development or regulatory compliance role.
* Familiarity with Windows and/or Android OS imaging and system integration is a plus.
* Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory frameworks to internal policies and operational practices.
* Proven project management success, working with multiple, diverse teams, excellent communication and presentation skills.
