Are you passionate about holistic wellness and luxury beauty? The Victorian Treatment Rooms at Castle Leslie Estate are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our spa team and oversee the day-to‑day operations of our wellness offering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards
Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team of therapists and spa staff
Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for all guests
Monitor and drive spa revenue, retail performance, and treatment bookings
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance
Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost control
Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure continuous service improvement
Collaborate with hotel management to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
Proven experience in a spa management or senior supervisory role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends
Relevant beauty/spa qualification desirable
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
