Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Account Manager, located in Mullingar. The Executive Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their IT needs, overseeing project implementation, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and working closely with clients to provide tailored IT solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong account management and client relationship skills
* Experience in consulting with clients to understand their IT needs
* Project management skills and the ability to oversee project implementation
* Technical knowledge and experience in IT solutions and system integration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Experience in the IT industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
