Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Patch Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in their community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused housing management service across a designated neighbourhood. They will play a key role in sustaining tenancies, managing estates, supporting communities, and ensuring safe, well-maintained neighbourhoods.
This is a front-line role where the Patch Manager will work closely with tenants, residents, and external agencies to help create thriving and sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new, existing and ending tenancies (including voids, transfers, successions, and exchanges).
* Support tenants to sustain their homes, offering advice on housing, rent, money management, and connecting with support agencies.
* Handle tenancy issues including anti-social behaviour, arrears, and tenancy fraud.
* Work to prevent homelessness and support vulnerable tenants.
* Ensure estates are safe, well-maintained and sustainable.
* Liaise with contractors and tenants on planned maintenance and improvement works.
* Promote community involvement, cohesion, and safety, including tackling anti-social behaviour.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering high-quality service.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
* Confidence in working with partners, building networks, and resolving issues.
* Excellent communication skills, especially in challenging situations.
* A full UK driving licence (or access to transport).
* Qualifications: Degree + 1 year relevant experience, BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma in Housing (Level 5) + 1 year relevant experience, or Equivalent professional development + 3 years relevant experience.

* It will be a cost of between £16 - £32 depending on clearance level.
