The newly refurbished SpringHill Hotel is now actively recruiting for an Experienced Duty Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting department teams, maintaining operational standards and acting as the main point of contact for our guests. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
Eligible to work in Ireland.
Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a Senior Hospitality Role.
Fully flexible to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passion, energy and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
Professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to multi‑task, work well under pressure and use own initiative.
Duties
Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the hotel during assigned shifts.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
Support and supervise departments where required.
Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained throughout the property.
Handle emergency situations and incidents in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Assist with staff supervision, training, motivation, and performance management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policy.
Monitor occupancy levels, room availability, and operational performance while upselling and driving sales where possible.
Support revenue generation initiatives and promote hotel services to guests.
