* 5+ years' experience in global mobility, tax, or immigration compliance
* Proven experience managing international assignments across Ireland and the UK
* Background in tax, immigration, or mobility policies involving cross-border compliance
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and experience managing sensitive data
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Head of Tax and will work closely with Finance, HR, and operational teams across the business.
* Policy Oversight – Develop and enhance mobility frameworks and policies across jurisdictions
* Compliance Management – Oversee immigration and tax compliance processes for mobile employees
* Stakeholder Liaison – Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external advisors
* Process Ownership – Drive improvements in tracking systems for assignments, permits, and residency
* Contractual Management – Review and support the creation of assignment contracts globally
* Team Collaboration – Partner with HR, Payroll, and Tax teams to ensure consistent mobility operations
* Regulatory Tracking – Stay abreast of changing regulations in mobility and advise the business accordingly
* Reporting – Provide updates to senior leadership on key compliance and workforce movement metrics
