Regional Operations Manager Opportunity Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager will lead, monitor, and direct service processes to ensure fleet efficiencies that promote quality customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include organizing workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations, completing repair orders timely and accurately, planning, staffing, and evaluating departmental priorities to ensure technician cohesion and accountability, maintaining schedules for timely work completion, and promoting a safe work environment in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
1. Deliver exceptional service by focusing on quality and customer service standards; analyze and resolve customer service issues; identify trends; and recommend system improvements.
2. Assign parts and labor costs correctly for customer invoicing and warranty processes.
3. Maintain staff through training, fostering a safe, secure, and engaged work environment, and developing growth opportunities.
4. Develop staff by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising results, coaching, counseling, instructing, and administering policies and standards.
5. Provide leadership to reduce service turn times and improve repair quality across the company.
6. Assist in developing operational business plans, including revenue growth, margin retention, expense control, and facility planning.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Management or leadership experience.
* Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
