If you share our passion for pushing boundaries and delivering extraordinary experiences, we would love to welcome you to our award-winning team.We are currently recruiting for anAssistant Front Office Managerto join our Resort.The Front of House Team are the heartbeat of the hotel - they are one of the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, they are the 'go to' team for all Resort information and knowledge and respond to guest queries throughout - their professional attention to minutest of details helps ensure that guest's stay is a seamless one.An Assistant Front Office Manager must be an intuitive person with a naturally warm and engaging personality, inspirational leadership skills and a strong drive to always 'go beyond' to ensure that the guest experience is flawless. From a professional perspective he/she must already have FO/GS management experience, have excellent organisational skills, be a strong communicator and talented relationship builder with proven ability in managing highly demanding Front Office departments in comparable 5 star/luxury hotels. Fluent English in both oral and written communications, coupled with excellent computer skills are essential - previous experience using Hotsoft is desirable. A full clean driver's licence is required.Reporting to the Front of House Manager this person must be a strong coach and nurtures an environment that supports delivering incredible Irish hospitality.
