About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team in a key finance role supporting local and international operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Irish accounting and tax, as well as experience in a financial accounting role within a multinational or high-growth setting.
Responsibilities:

* Financial Management:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Irish GAAP and/or IFRS.
* Manage general ledger functions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
* Lead timely payment cycles and ensure adherence to terms.
* Finance Liaison:
* Collaborate with the senior management team and global finance functions on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Act as primary finance liaison across international teams.
* Cashflow Management:
* Manage banking relationships and oversee cashflow.
* Support audit processes (internal & external).
* Process Improvement:
* Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and reporting processes.
* Oversee supplier contracts and commercial terms.
* Core Finance Activities:
* Support payroll, accounts payable, and other core finance activities.

* Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA).
* Experience:
* 3+ years' experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within a multinational or high-growth setting.
* Skills:
* Strong technical knowledge of Irish accounting and tax.
* Familiarity with international operations or multi-entity structures.
* Proficient in financial systems (SAP and/or Power BI desirable).
