This is a hands-on, outward-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships and representing a trusted organisation within local communities.The role plays a key part in supporting awareness, enquiries and recruitment activity through well-planned events and engagement initiatives. • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
• A genuine interest in community-based work and relationship building**Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan, coordinate and attend a range of events
• Act as a professional on-site representative of the organisation
• Work closely with internal teams to identify local opportunities
• Ensure all activity aligns with brand standards, policies and compliance requirements
• Support follow-up activity after events to maximise impact
• Capture insights and feedback to inform future activity
