Capital Projects Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Projects Officer to manage capital projects from feasibility to completion. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of construction contracts, and experience in procurement and contract administration.
Job Description:
The Capital Projects Officer will be responsible for managing capital projects from initial feasibility studies through to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, a strong understanding of construction contracts, and experience in procurement and contract administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* HND or degree in a building or construction related subject
* Minimum two years' experience providing project management services in the building industry/construction field
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
