This is an opportunity to join a expanding Litigation & Commercial Advisory team in Dublin, supporting a strong client base and engaging in high quality contentious work. The firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is keen to take ownership of files, work closely with major clients, and progress their career.
You will play a key role in managing debt recovery litigation, primarily before the High Court but also the Circuit and District Courts, as well as providing commercially focused advice on contractual and business matters. The role offers strong hands‑on exposure, direct client contact, and meaningful responsibility.
You will be involved in:
* Managing debt recovery matters across the High Court, Circuit Court, and District Court.
* Drafting and issuing proceedings, liaising with Counsel, and attending hearings as required.
* Advising clients on strategy, enforcement, and settlement options.
* Acting as primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
* Providing commercial advisory support on contracts and related business issues.
This role suits a driven solicitor who wants to develop both their litigation capability and commercial advisory profile in a growing practice.
The Person
To be successful, you will bring:
* 2+ PQE with solid litigation experience.
* Background in debt recovery litigation is strongly preferred.

* Confidence in managing files and engaging directly with clients.
