Dutch Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and research.

4. Understand customer needs and align them with tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
5. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while working autonomously and managing your own pipeline.
Requirements:
1. Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
2. A self-starter with strong motivation to develop within a sales environment.
3. Proven experience hitting sales targets or KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Previous experience in sales or business development is essential, ideally in tech or SaaS.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and outreach platforms like Sales Loft.
