Location: Clondalkin (Office-Based)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office in Clondalkin. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and confident handling administrative and accounts-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily office administration and operations
* Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars
* Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
* Data entry, invoicing, and basic accounts duties
* Use Sage software for accounting-related tasks
* Order and manage office supplies
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers
* Provide general administrative support to management

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years' experience in an office administrator or similar role (desirable)
* Experience using Sage accounting software (essential)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
