Job Title: Safety and Compliance Manager
The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital is a campus of various architectural styles with high technical complexity. The site comprises 98 new beds, including 16 critical care unit beds and a National High Level Isolation Unit.
As the designated Major Trauma Centre for the Central Trauma Network, this role plays an integral part in the National Trauma System over the next decade. This includes provision for a helipad on site.
The hospital has approximately 700 beds at full capacity and employs around 4,400 staff to deliver its services.
This role requires leadership skills to develop and deliver bespoke training programs aimed at multiple functions within the hospital. Training must stand up to external auditing requirements while meeting statutory needs as a minimum. An audit system providing evidence of compliance levels across the site is also essential
