You will:
* Shape and deliver the commercial finance strategy in a fast-growing, innovation-focused organisation.
* Provide sharp financial analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Partner with the Commercial Director to identify cost efficiencies, margin improvements, and revenue growth opportunities.
* Prepare a segment analysis and review new product development and pricing.
You are:
* Experienced in a senior commercial finance role, partnering with key stakeholders.
* Commercially astute with excellent financial modelling skills.
* A qualified accountant or MBA.
This role is mentored by a seasoned CFO with M&A experience.
