Our client is a leading professional services firm with a fast-growing consulting division, known for delivering transformation programmes across a diverse FS client base including retail banks, asset managers, and regulatory bodies. With increasing demand in this area, they are looking to grow their Financial Services consulting team with multiple new Manager-level hires across Dublin and Belfast.

Who should apply?
This role is suited to well-rounded FS professionals or consultants looking to take on broader transformation projects. You will bring:
5+ years’ experience in consulting or change roles within financial services
Experience across retail banking, asset management, regulatory change or technology-driven transformation
Consulting background, ideally Big 4, though other FS transformation roles also valued
Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
Ability to work across FS and Public Sector clients where needed
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the Financial Services Transformation Consulting team and reports into a Partner leading the broader Transformation Excellence practice. Key responsibilities include:
Client Engagement – Supporting or leading client relationships and transformation project delivery
Change Delivery – Designing and delivering regulatory, digital and operational change programmes
Project Management – Managing timelines, stakeholders and risks across FS consulting engagements
Sector Expertise – Working on issues across banking, asset management, and wider FS regulation
Cross-functional Collaboration – Working with Directors and consultants across other streams
Proposal Development – Assisting with business development and pitching for new work
Leadership Contribution – Helping grow team capability and mentoring junior consultants
Flexibility – Willingness to work across FS and Public Sector as needed
