A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their team on a key healthcare project in Longford, where you will be based 2 days per week, the other days you will be based in their North Dublin offices. Responsibilities: Lead the coordination and management of all M&E services. Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site management to ensure full integration of services. Review design drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving coordination issues in advance of installation. Manage M&E subcontractors on site, ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to programme milestones. Attend and lead coordination meetings, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Ensure all M&E installations comply with current building regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications. Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and procurement tracking in collaboration with the commercial and design teams. Monitor commissioning activities and support handover documentation and project close-out. Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across all building services. Support planning and sequencing of M&E works in line with overall construction programme. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in an M&E coordination or management role. Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (healthcare experience highly desirable). Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems. Relevant degree, diploma, or trade background in Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Salary Package: €80,000 - €85,000 Vehicle, Pension and Fuel Card.
