We're looking for a Deal Desk Manager to join our Finance team at Supermetrics, based in Dublin – Ireland.

You’ll act as a cross‑functional partner to structure, analyze, and approve complex SaaS deals, balancing speed, compliance, and profitability. This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, ensuring efficient deal execution aligned with company policies, pricing strategy, and revenue recognition standards.


In this role, you’ll…


Process Optimization & Governance

* Establish and centralise the Deal Desk function across regions.
* Manage and improve deal workflows, pricing/discount policies, and approval processes.
* Identify and resolve deal cycle bottlenecks; implement automation (e.g., via CPQ tools).
* Maintain guidelines, documentation, and training for global sales teams.


Deal Structuring & Execution

* Advise sales on complex deal structures, pricing, and terms for SaaS contracts.
* Review and approve quotes, orders, and agreements for compliance and accuracy.
* Manage deal approval workflows and coordinate stakeholder sign‑offs.
* Support account executives to accelerate deal closure.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration

* Partner with finance on deal profitability and reconciliations.
* Coordinate with legal on contract terms and compliance.
* Work with product & marketing on pricing updates and product bundles.
* Deliver training on quoting tools (Salesforce CPQ) and best practices.


Reporting & Analytics

* Build dashboards tracking deal metrics (cycle time, discounts, approvals, etc.).
* Analyse non‑standard deal terms to inform pricing strategy.
* Support month/quarter‑end close with accurate deal booking and CRM/ERP reconciliation.


This position is for you if you have…

* 6+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops (B2B SaaS; high‑growth).
* Proficiency in complex SaaS deal structures and pricing models (ARR, TCV, usage‑based).
* Solid understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
* Proficient with Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee).
* Experienced in analytical, organisational, and communication tasks.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
