LAYA Health & Wellbeing Clinics are looking to expand their reception team in Little Island, Cork. We are recruiting for Bank Administration staff. Hours are not guaranteed. The suitable candidates should preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Medical or Customer Service environment. They should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.
Job Duties:
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Medical Receptionist duties include:
· Welcoming and registering patients on to the patient management system
· Ensuring a swift journey for the patients attending the clinic
· Answering a high volume of phone calls and transferring as necessary
· Managing the group email inbox
· Assisting with some radiology admin duties
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Communicating with GP's as necessary
Financial Duties:
· Collecting payments
· Submitting LAYA Insurance claims
Experience:
· Medical Receptionist 2 years (Preferred)
· Customer Service 2 years (Preferred)
· IT skills- Electronic patient records, Microsoft teams, Word, Excel (Preferred)
· Strong Communication Skills (Telephone, Email, Face to Face)
