Overview of the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to support our 24/7 nighttime and after-hours operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a top-class customer experience.
This role offers remote working following the successful completion of full training.
Shift Patterns
* Fridays & Saturdays
* 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours
* Full-time hours available
Responsibilities include
* Provide exceptional customer support via telephone during nighttime hours
* Handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
* Resolve customer inquiries professionally and empathetically
* Ensure consistent service quality during after-hours operations
* Meet performance goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work overnight and after-hours shifts reliably
* Attention to detail and good administrative skills
* Previous customer support experience is an advantage
